The Endo
What is it?
An endo, is when a rider intentionally temporarily balances on the front wheel, making the rear wheel lift of the ground.
How do you do it?
To do an endo, make sure you have a strong front break.
Role forwards at a fast walking pace, and pull the front break, and try to get over the front wheel. Start low first, so you don't fall off.
Don't be that bothered about going over the front. Trust me, you won't unless your going very fast, and throw yourself over.
